On AWS infrastructure in Sydney (ap-southeast-2). Your instance and its database stay in Australia, with nightly backups kept for seven days.

Is the price really flat?

Yes. Starter is $29 AUD +GST per month for up to 5 users; Business is $79 for up to 15. One price covers the whole team — never per user — and every Odoo Community app is included on every plan.

How fast can I see it working?

What "managed" means here

Odoo Community Edition is genuinely free software — but running it well is a job: a server, SSL certificates, upgrades, backups, monitoring, and someone to call when it misbehaves. Migrating from spreadsheets, MYOB or another system?

Data import is part of the service: customers, products and opening balances from spreadsheets or exports of your old system (included on Business, quoted on Starter). Larger migrations — historical transactions, custom fields — are scoped and priced as fixed-price custom work, with the scope in writing before any money is discussed.
